Ali&Co Genève SA (Ali&Co) is a Swiss limited liability company (SA) with registered offices in rue de la Muse 1, 1205 Geneva, Switzerland. All watches and accessories sold under the brand Ali&Co Genève are original productions conceived and developed in Switzerland.

The Ali&Co Online Store only accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED FOR MY PURCHASE?

Orders will be processed only after an online approval can be confirmed. Your card will be charged upon submission of your order and fulfillment of the shopping process.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can change your order any time before or up to the final step in the shopping process by selecting edit or cancel. An order cannot be changed after it has been submitted. You may cancel your order if it has not been shipped from our warehouse. WHAT ARE OUR SHIPPING POLICIES & FEES?

Once an order is accepted, an order confirmation is issued, featuring the estimated shipping date, based on the availability of the selected item(s).

Ali&Co will confirm the shipping date (including tracking number) by issuing you a shipping notice.  Delivery will normally take place within 2-5 days (but subject to a maximum of 30 days) days after the date of order unless otherwise specified at the time of making the order.

ALICIOUS watches will be available for delivery as of the 5th of July 2016; MYSTERALI watches will be available for delivery as of the 15th of August 2016. Pre-orders are opened, offering the early adopters special conditions and incentives. Please refer to our website: www.aliandco.com for detailed information.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, weight, destination and shipping method.

Your shipping address is checked by our system for security reasons and to guarantee the best delivery time. Our address verification software package is updated regularly and contains all valid addresses. You will be asked to change your shipping address if this address is not recognized. WHAT IS MYSTERALI?

MYSTERALI – LIFE WITH ABSOLUTE CLARITY... is a Swiss-made watch with a mysterious quartz movement, an original development of Ali&Co. The mysterious hands appear to float around the dial... And you can turn the watch over to reverse the hands of time!

The hands appear to be moving through invisible means, suspended in the middle of the fully transparent dial — a reference to the horological tradition of mystery clocks and watches, and also an allusion to the near-magical convenience that Ali & Co will bring to your life.
A patent has been awarded on the movement, which utilises an innovative mechanism to adapt the mystery time display for a quartz watch without a stabilising central axis.

Turn the watch over and the immediate shock of seeing the hands proceed anti-clockwise is undercut by the inescapable logic of it — time being kept as precisely and as impeccably as we’ve ever known, but told in a fundamentally unfamiliar way. Awaken the genie within you and see your watch go against the flow of time.

The first MYSTERALI collection is available in three basic versions, each with their own personality-infused recto and verso, each designed to reflect the perfectly balanced yet diametrically opposed characteristics in human nature. The first has a black with a red underside, sober with an undercurrent of sensuality. The next is black with a blue underside, ultimate pragmatism with a flipside of electrifying sky-high creativity. Lastly there is the black and white, speaking the universal code of dualism. The basic MYSTERALI collections is enriched from time to time with additional- seasonal- limited editions.

Each MYSTERALI watch is delivered with one neutral loop. You can accessorize your MYSTERALI with a collection of additional loops featuring arts, sports, moods, magical sceneries and more. Play with your MYSTERALI and create your own style!

As of the third quarter of 2016, MYSTERALI will be delivered with an exclusive strap © containing an EMV chip | prepaid credit card, making a number of payment operations possible through simple contact of the watch with a payment terminal. A traditional (twin) card will be provided as well for your comfort in case contactless functions are not available for a chosen transaction or location. Both items will be included in the set.

HOW TO CHANGE THE TIME FOR MYSTERALI?

Your MYSTERALI watch features three correction modes that can be activated by pressing on the push for various durations:

1) 1 minute: press for < 1 second
2) 1 hour: press for 3 to 14 seconds
3) continuous: press for > 14 seconds

IS MY MYSTERALI WATCH WATER-RESISTANT?

Your MYSTERALI watch is water-resistant up to 50 m. Ali&Co watches are not diving watches. Every Ali&Co watch will remain water resistant provided that the crown, pushers, crystal, case and gaskets remain intact. (Crown and pushers must never be manipulated under water!).

HOW IS MY MYSTERALI WATCH POWERED?

Your MYSTERALI watch is a quartz watch powered by a battery. The normal life expectancy for your battery is 2 years under normal use.

WHAT IS ALICIOUS?

ALICIOUS – DELICIOUSLY AUDACIOUS... is a two-sided watch with quartz movements that can be worn on either side... You can turn it whichever way you like!

Two analogue dials inhabit each ALICIOUS watch, one with the expected hours and minutes indicated by hand, the other with hours indicated at the dial periphery and the minutes in a six o’clock window. Despite having two movements in each case, the ALICIOUS remains infinitely suited to a variety of lifestyles and wardrobe options, with a case measuring 11.8mm in height.

HOW TO CHANGE THE TIME FOR ALICIOUS?

To set the time on the watch, pull out the crown. Turn the crown with your thumb and forefinger until the hands show the correct time. Then press the crown back into its original position against the case.

IS MY ALICIOUS WATCH WATER-RESISTANT?

Your ALICIOUS watch is water-resistant up to 30 m. Ali&Co watches are not diving watches. Every Ali&Co watch will remain water resistant provided that the crown, pushers, crystal, case and gaskets remain intact. (Crown and pushers must never be manipulated under water!).

DEFECTS, REPAIRS & WARRANTY

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY?

Your Ali&Co watch is under warranty with Ali&Co Genève SA for a duration of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. Your warranty certificate or card is enclosed with the packaging of the watch for online purchases or delivered by an authorized dealer at the time of the purchase.

Throughout the warranty period and upon presentation of the valid warranty certificate, Ali&Co Genève SA repairs any defect free of charge or replaces your watch with a similar model. The full terms of the warranty are available on www.aliandco.com/store/content/conditions-of-sales.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, damage arising from improper use or shocks, or loss.
Please note that alterations of straps and loops caused by normal wear including but not limited to stains, color transfers from clothing and other garments, alterations caused by exposure to daylight,…) are expressly excluded from the 24 months warranty. Lighter colors of straps may be more sensitive to the above factors and must be treated with extra care to avoid anticipated alteration.

HOW CAN I FIND A REPLACEMENT STRAP OR ADDITIONAL LOOPS FOR MY WATCH?

You can purchase straps and loops online at www.aliandco.com.

Early adopters of Ali&Co Watches are granted a limited offer to acquire new straps incorporating the payment functions at preferential conditions, within 12 months of the purchase. Please refer to the Voucher included in the packaging or to www.aliandco.com for detailed terms & conditions on this limited offer.

I HAVE A WATCH THAT IS NOT WORKING. WHAT DO I DO?

The most common defect observed relates to a depleted battery, that then needs to be replaced. The normal life expectancy of a battery is 2 years.

When a depleted battery must be changed, or any other defect repaired, your watch must be serviced exclusively by a technician at an approved watch service center or returned to Ali&Co Genève SA, rue de la Muse 1, 1205 Geneva, Switzerland. In both cases, your watch will either be repaired or replaced.

After examination by the Ali&Co or a technician at an authorized service center:

• If the repair falls under the 24 months warranty, your watch will either be automatically repaired or replaced and sent back to you free of charge.
• If the repair is not covered by the warranty but amounts to less than 50.-- CHF, the product shall be automatically repaired or replaced, then billed and returned to you after payment. The delivery expenses will also be billed to you.
• If the repair is not covered by the warranty and amounts to more than 50.-- CHF, the Customer Service shall provide you with an estimate.

If the repair falls under the 24 months warranty, you will be required to provide a copy of your proof of purchase and your warranty certificate along with the watch. When you return your watch to Ali&Co Genève SA, please remember to enclose as well a brief letter, with your contact details, stating your issue with the watch.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Upon reception of the product, you shall have a right of withdrawal to be exercised within a term of 14 days by returning the delivered product, the return expenses being supported by the customer. Only the products bought through the Website, and in the same condition they were in upon your receipt, may be refunded. This means the items should not have been damaged, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.

Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable, except for defective or wrongly shipped items. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including accessories, extra loops, and anything else that came with the item. Batteries, straps (plastic, leather, or metal) and reduced priced items (reduced retail price, special promotions, sales etc) are considered 'Final Sale.' Final Sale items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law, or the merchandise is damaged or defective upon delivery.

The procedure is as follows:

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including accessories, extra loops, and anything else that came with the item.
